This is the first time this has happened. I had ordered this Dec. I just wished i would have recieved an email letting me know how long it was going to take. 27th. It took over 3 weeks to get, so starting my new years resoulution on dieting had to wait. Dont accept an order unless it will go out in 7-10 days.As far as the book, its great. Service not so great.
Considering there are more recent versions of this text on the market, my copy is still a gem and my go-to reference for fat, calorie, and carbohydrate counts. If the nutritional information is not available on the package or if I am going out to eat, this is a must-have. Knowing which foods are less fatty or caloric helped me lose over 40 pounds, while not starving myself. Exercise and nutrition are the two keys to weight-control, and this book is a key component to my nutritional goals.
The book was as I expected it to be. Very informative. For a used book, it came in great shape.

This a great calorie counting book. It has all the major food chains and boxed frozen items from your grocery store. It also contains all the fast food like taco bell and burger king.
